6. Limitation of Liability
Commerce Flow Ltd shall not be liable for:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information shared during engagements.
9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
